CURALI provides payment methods:
MBWAY, Credit Card and Paypal.
After the payment is completed, CURALI will proceed with a standard verification, so that it is possible to process and ship the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid for, as well as the corresponding invoice.
We support shipping only to mainland Portugal and islands, Azores and Madeira. For the rest of the World, shipping costs will be added at checkout according to the shipping destination.
Order/Shipping Processing Time
With rare exceptions previously mentioned, and with the client being duly alerted in these situations, shipments are made within a maximum period of 48 hours.
Time it takes for the order to reach the customer after being sent by CURALI
For Portugal we estimate a maximum of 2 working days. For the rest of the countries listed in the “Shipping Costs” paragraph it may take between 2-5 working days depending on the exact location.
We do everything to ensure that orders are processed, sent and received at the recipient as soon as possible. Despite our efforts, these delivery times are only approximate as we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery services (CTT), occasionally or at peak times.
In any case, in the email together with the invoice, we will also include the respective Tracking Number so that you can track your order until it reaches its destination.
The order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase on the website. In case of absence, the delivery services will leave an indication of how to proceed with the subsequent collection of the same. Anyway, you can always use the Tracking Number previously sent by us to locate your order.
