CURALI General Conditions
These general conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by WLF – Movidos a Paixão, Lda, legal person with Tax ID number 516723405, based in Calçada Fonte da Bica 2, Viana do Castelo (from now on “CURALI”) will rule.
CURALI’s service is based on the supply of products, in order to allow the user, who’s assigned the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.
By using CURALI, it implies full acceptance and agreement of all parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access CURALI.
If you do not accept, in part or in full, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases at CURALI. If you access CURALI, you are committing and taking responsibility for respecting the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
CURALI reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates.
Product and Pricing Information
CURALI informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product on each page available. CURALI is committed to making its products available clearly and to correcting possible errors that may occur as soon as possible.
CURALI presents, in a concise way, the prices of each product, including VAT rates, shipping costs applied to each order and other additional costs that may apply.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by CURALI at any time.
Intellectual Property
CURALI is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of WLF – Movidos a Paixão, Lda.
The content, domain, information present and available on CURALI are property of WLF – Movidos a Paixão, Lda, and are thus protected by copyright and related rights. Any and all use, reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by CURALI.
The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other laws applicable to the use of images, videos, content. , etc without express approval from CURALI. CURALI cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.
Payment Methods
CURALI offers the following payment methods:
MBWAY (Portuguese account); Credit Card; Paypal; ATM Reference; Bank Transfer.
After the payment is completed, CURALI will proceed with a standard verification, so that it is possible to process and ship the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid for, as well as the corresponding invoice.
Purchase Conditions at CURALI
Product availability:
All products available at CURALI can be purchased, except in cases of breakage or limitation of stock, as well as products made to order, whose availability may vary. The products may be unavailable without prior notice, but, in these circumstances, they will be properly identified at CURALI.
In case the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, CURALI undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as soon as possible in order to expedite the process with him.
Fees and taxes
At CURALI the prices shown are in Euros, with the appropriate rates of VAT and taxes being applied according to the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.
Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract (completion of the purchase) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, he can do so by emailing geral@curalijumpsuit.com.

Any refund procedure will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force in Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
Claims

Disclaimer of Liability
When creating and using the CURALI account, the customer is responsible for account maintenance, confidentiality and for all activity arising from their account.
By creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
CURALI is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
CURALI is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, of the products made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen in the orders delivery.
CURALI is not responsible for the misuse/fraudulent use by third parties of data from payment cards as a result of their use for purchases in our online store.
