Exchanges and Returns

Return Policy

Framework
This return policy has been prepared based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

Return Period

The customer has the right to return the product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the product(s).
Thus, any purchase made in the online store can be returned within a period of 14 days after being received. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).
To request the exchange or return of the item(s), the customer must send an email to geral@curalijumpsuit.com indicating:

● Receiver name;

● Telephone/mobile contact;

● Order number;

● Order date;

● Order receipt date;

● Number of products purchased;

● Reason for return;

Upon receipt of the exchange/return request, a response will be given as soon as possible, in order to expedite and schedule the collection of the purchased product(s).

Return Conditions
In order for a purchase to be eligible for a return, the items purchased must be in exactly the same condition in which they were delivered. They must be returned in their original packaging, with all contents included, and without signs of misuse or mishandling.

After CURALI receives the order back, it will check if the condition of the items is in accordance with the conditions previously required.

If this is not the case, CURALI reserves the right not to refund or exchange the product(s).

Order Cancellation

Once the payment is made, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. It will be sent for delivery according to the normal process, and if the customer chooses to refuse to accept it, CURALI is not responsible.

CURALI reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical reasons beyond CURALI’s control.

Documentation
In order for the return process to be completed, it will be necessary to include the submission of the purchase invoice and the respective proof of payment.

Refund

The full refund of the value of the product(s) will occur within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which CURALI receives the item(s) and assesses its condition.
Refunds can be made in two ways:

  • Made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
  • In the form of a Voucher with a validity period of 12 months.
Note that any returns of items purchased with a Voucher will only be made in the form of a new Voucher valid for another 12 months.
 

Exchanges
Exchange of items is accepted, if the customer is aware and agrees to the following options:

  • Exchanging one item for another, requesting the reshipment of the order* – in this situation, the customer explains the reason for the exchange and which product he wants to purchase. After resending the article by the customer and after CURALI has evaluated its status, it will send the new order with the chosen product as soon as possible, and the costs of all postage of the process will be borne by the customer. 
  • Exchange an item and request the amount paid in the form of a Voucher – the customer explains the reason for the exchange to CURALI and if the product for which he intends to exchange is not available, the amount previously paid will be available in the form of a Voucher that can be used within of 12 months.

* the returned item(s) must meet the conditions referred to in the “Return Conditions” paragraph.

Shipping Costs
CURALI will only pay the shipping costs in case of exchange or return, if the reason(s) for the same are: justifiable defect in the item(s), and/or for incorrect shipment of the product. (s) to the customer.

Note that, if the reason for the return/exchange is not any of the above, CURALI is not responsible for taking over the shipping costs of the order.

International Returns
In the case of an order delivered abroad, contact CURALI via the email geral@curalijumpsuit.com to set the conditions of the return process.
